Our practice will focus on Mantra Recitation and

Calm Abiding Meditation (Shamatha).

These two methods allow us to attain mindful awareness and a calm, peaceful mind.

All are welcomed. No previous experience required. Instructions will be provided to those who are unfamiliar with meditation.

Please bring any cushions that may be required for meditation and comfort.
